Many Thanks for a successful Run with the Nuns II, Saturday, November 1, 2008 in Shreveport, Louisiana.

All proceeds raised will go to the Cara Center, which provides free medical treatment to children who have suffered the tragedy of child abuse or neglect. Since Cara Center's inception, more than 10,000 children from nine Louisiana parishes have been treated in a compassionate and caring environment. A new facility which will house Cara Center, the Gingerbread House and Prevent Child Abuse Louisiana will be opening soon!

Special kudos go to Run with the Nun sponsors Hand Construction, Regional Urology, CHRISTUS Schumpert, and the City of Shreveport's Department of Public Assembly and Recreation.
